Brand & Trademark Notice

Effective 01-09-2026 · Updated 03-09-2026

This notice records ownership of the Omnalerge brand and content, and puts third parties on notice of our rights. It is intended to support a future company registration and any action against misuse of the name.

1. Ownership

The name “Omnalerge”, the Omnalerge wordmark and logo, this website’s design and copy, and the source code of Omnalerge products are the exclusive property of the operator of Omnalerge (an individual founder based in Pakistan, referred to here as “we” or “the owner”). They are protected by copyright and by common-law (unregistered) trademark rights that arise from use in commerce.

2. First use and history

  • Name adopted / first use in commerce: 2026.
  • Primary domain: omnalerge.cc (registered 2026), used as the studio’s umbrella site.
  • Products operated under the name: GimartHub, Wall of Certificates, Foothold — each publicly launched in 2026 and identifying Omnalerge as their operator.

This page, its version history, the domain registration record, and the products’ published terms together form a dated, verifiable record of first use.

3. Trademark status

Omnalerge™ is used as an unregistered trademark. A trademark application is intended once the operating entity is formed. Common-law rights in the mark, arising from its use, are asserted now and are not waived by the absence of a registration.

4. Permitted use

You may refer to “Omnalerge” in plain text to identify us or link to us (for example, news, reviews, or a directory listing), provided you do not imply sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement, and do not alter our logo. Any other use — including as part of a business name, product name, domain, social handle, or advertising — requires our prior written permission.

5. Prohibited use

  • Registering or using “Omnalerge”, or a confusingly similar name, as a company name, trading name, domain, app name, or social-media handle.
  • Passing off a product or service as ours, or suggesting a partnership that does not exist.
  • Copying this site’s design, copy or code, in whole or in substantial part.

6. Enforcement

We monitor for misuse and will act on it — cease-and-desist notices, platform and registrar takedown requests, domain-dispute proceedings (such as UDRP/URS), and court action for passing off, trademark infringement and copyright infringement — and will seek costs and damages where available. Nothing on this site limits those rights, and delay in acting is not a waiver.

7. Notices

Report misuse of the Omnalerge name or content, or ask about licensing, at legal@omnalerge.cc or via the contact page.
