Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of omnalerge.cc (the “Site”). The Site is operated under the Omnalerge name. “Omnalerge” is a working / trading name and unregistered trademark; no representation is made as to its incorporation. By using the Site you accept these terms.

1. What this Site is

The Site is an informational website for the Omnalerge studio: it describes our own products, the custom work we do, and how to contact us. It is not itself a product, a marketplace, or a place to transact.

2. Our products

Products linked from the Site (such as GimartHub, Wall of Certificates and Foothold) are separate services with their own terms, privacy policies and support channels. Using a product means accepting that product’s terms, not these. Nothing here creates any right in a product.

3. Contacting us / project enquiries

Sending an enquiry through the contact form does not create a contract, an engagement, or any obligation on either side. Any project is governed by a separate written services agreement signed before work begins. Do not send confidential information through the form.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t use the Site to break the law, to probe or disrupt it, to send spam or malware through the contact form, to impersonate us, or to scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others.

5. Intellectual property

The Site’s text, layout, design and code, and the Omnalerge name, wordmark and logo, are owned by the operator of the Site and are protected by copyright and by common-law trademark rights. See the Brand & Trademark notice. You may not copy, republish, or use them, or any confusingly similar name or mark, without our prior written permission. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is”. We don’t warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on it is complete or current. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the operator of the Site is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

7. Links

Links to third-party sites are for convenience. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date above, is the one that applies. Material changes will be noted here.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction — without prejudice to our right to enforce our intellectual-property rights in any competent court.
