We respect intellectual-property rights and expect others to respect ours. This page covers content on omnalerge.cc. Each Omnalerge product has its own IP / DMCA policy for content hosted there.

Reporting a concern about our site

If you believe content on this website infringes your copyright, trademark, or other rights, email legal@omnalerge.cc (or use the contact page) with:

• your name and contact details, and the rights holder you represent;
• identification of the protected work or mark;
• the exact URL(s) on this site where the material appears;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act.

What we do

We review valid notices promptly and will remove or disable access to infringing material. We may share your notice with the person who posted the material so they can respond.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, contact us with an explanation and your contact details, and we will consider restoring it.

Our rights

We actively protect the Omnalerge name, marks, content and code. Unauthorised use — including registering, using, or trading under “Omnalerge” or a confusingly similar name or domain — will be pursued, including takedown requests, domain disputes (e.g. UDRP), and legal action.
